2. Personal data collected
The contact form collects name, email, service, project details, optional timeline and budget, and anything you voluntarily include. The hosting provider may process technical access data such as IP addresses and security logs. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in the message field.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Form submissions are used solely to read and respond to enquiries, assess project needs and prepare a possible quote. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Website security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to the applicable assessment. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or a newsletter.
4. Is providing data mandatory?
Your name, email, service and message are needed to process the enquiry. Timeline and budget are optional. Without the required details the contact form cannot be used, but you can still email directly.
5. Service providers and recipients
If deployed on Netlify, the website uses Netlify for hosting and form processing, with submissions stored in the associated account. Enquiry details are forwarded via webhook to Make (an automation service) to generate notification emails, which are sent using Google Gmail to the professional mailbox. The enquiry is also stored in Netlify Forms. The final provider setup, their terms and privacy practices must be confirmed. Data is not published on this site.
6. External services and Behance previews
Portfolio thumbnails may be served by the Behance/Adobe CDN, causing technical information such as IP addresses to be shared with that provider. An embedded Behance project preview is loaded only after an explicit click. Links to LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Contra and WhatsApp open their respective services, governed by their own privacy notices.
7. Retention
Enquiries are retained only as long as necessary to handle the request and any follow-up discussion. to be verified and confirmed with the controller. If a commercial relationship begins, different statutory accounting or tax retention rules may apply.
8. International transfers
Some technology providers may involve transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area, depending on their infrastructure. to be verified and confirmed with the controller.
